Corresponding Author Information

• One author must be designated as the corresponding author.
• Complete contact information must be provided:
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number
  • Full postal address
• Any changes in authorship after submission must be approved and communicated by the corresponding author.

• Must include:
  • Article title
  • Abstract (with word limit as per journal guidelines)
  • Keywords
  • Full text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
  • References properly cited in the required style (e.g., Vancouver)
• Manuscript formatting according to journal instructions:
  • File format: Word or PDF
  • Font and size: e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing, margins, and page numbering per journal guidelines

• All figures should have complete captions.
• Appropriate format and sufficient resolution for publication (TIFF, JPEG, PNG, minimum 300 dpi).
• References to figures in the text must match the uploaded files.
• Permission must be obtained for any previously published figures.

• Tables must include titles, descriptions, and necessary footnotes.
• References to tables in the text must match the uploaded files.

• Include raw data, additional images, videos, or supplementary information.
• File formats and quality must be readable and appropriate for publication.

• All human or animal studies must have ethics committee approval with protocol number.
• Informed consent and patient confidentiality must be ensured.
• Conflict of interest statements must be disclosed, even if none exist.
• Permission must be obtained for using copyrighted materials from other sources.

• Manuscript must be proofread for spelling and grammar.
• References cited in the text must match the reference list, and vice versa.
• Data and methods must be presented transparently to ensure reproducibility.
• Study limitations and strengths should be clearly stated.

• Ensure word count, number of figures, tables, and abstract length comply with journal limits.
• Complete all journal-required forms (copyright transfer, conflict of interest, ethics approval).
• Uploaded files should have clear and consistent filenames per journal guidelines.
• Manuscripts may benefit from review by a scientific editor or native English speaker prior to submission.
