Complaints Procedure Complaints are regarded as a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and performance of our journal. We are committed to responding to all complaints promptly, fairly, and constructively. Submitting a Complaint Complaints should be submitted directly via email to: plantbiotechnologypersagmail.com All complaints will be treated in strict confidence. Handling of Complaints Complaints are coordinated by the PBP Complaints Team and handled by the Editor-in-Chief or Executive Editor-in-Chief as appropriate. Complaints that fall outside the editorial team’s responsibility will be forwarded to the relevant department heads at Ilam University of Medical Sciences Publishing. Complaints sent to the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer will normally be referred to the Editor-in-Chief. Recommended Information for Complaints To facilitate timely and accurate review, we encourage complainants to include: Name and contact details A clear description of the complaint Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable) Response Timeframes All complaints will receive a formal acknowledgement within seven (7) working days. A full response or an update on the next steps will be provided as soon as possible thereafter.
