Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations were used to assess vaccine binding affinity and interaction stability with Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). Furthermore, in silico immune simulations were conducted to evaluate the predicted immune response.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
