Plant Biotechnology Persa
Plant Biotechnology Persa is an open-access peer-reviewed international journal published by the Ilam University of Medical Sciences, Iran, devoted to the fields of medicinal plants, biotechnology, pharmacology and toxicology. The journal focuses on the research, teaching, and application of medicinal plants for the treatment of diseases and all fields of medical and herbal biotechnology and toxicology. The journal is the intersection between medicinal plants, biotechnology, and toxicology. This international journal aims to reach all relevant national and international medical institutions and persons in the electronic version free of charge. It is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original articles, review articles, etc., considering research ethics and academic rules and regulations.
We would like to inform our readers, authors, and scientific colleagues that Plant Biotechnology Persa was published biannually (two issues per year) from 2019 to 2024. Starting in 2025, the journal will be published quarterly (four issues per year). This change has been made to increase access to up-to-date scientific content, facilitate the publication of research articles, and enhance engagement with the scientific community.
