Abstract:   (362 Views)
Chamomile is a medicinal plant widely recognized for its therapeutic, medicinal, health, and nutritional benefits. The essential oils and extracts of this plant contain chemical compounds such as chamazulene, alpha-bisabolol, and flavonoids, which play a crucial role in delivering these effects. Chamomile exhibits a variety of medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, calming, anti-anxiety, digestive-enhancing, antimicrobial, antifungal, immune-boosting, anticancer, and skin and hair care effects. Additionally, it is commonly used in nutrition as an herbal tea or infusion. To fully harness the benefits of chamomile, further research and scientifically guided use are essential.
